VTB Users and Developers Conference
  1999 VTB Annual Review

The Virtual Test Bed is computational environment for virtual prototyping of PEBBs (Power Electronic Building Blocks) and PEBB-centric electric power systems. The annual review will feature presentations on every aspect of the VTB project, from creation of the virtual prototyping environment to applications, and from creation of component models to execution of simulations.
