The 2006 Electric Ship Research and Development Consortium May meeting will be held in Columbia, South Carolina on May 31 - June 1, 2006 at the Daniel Management Center (8th floor), 1705 College Street.

This meeting is a forum for exchange of information between ESRDC project investigators. Objectives of the meeting include peer-to-peer sharing of project status (especially for interdependent projects that require coordination) and planning of future work and collaborations. The meeting will include both oral and poster presentations. Due to the limited time available for the meeting and the need for many one-on-one or few-on-few interactions, a significant emphasis will be placed on the poster sessions. Breakout groups will meet on the second day to coordinate the work of Integrated Project Teams.

On June 2, the day after the meeting, a Virtual Test Bed Users Workshop will be held for those people who desire to learn more about use of that software. The VTB workshop will be held at the Swearingen Engineering building in room 1D15.
